Located on over 20 rolling acres, The Barn at Brambleton is a stunning indoor-outdoor venue in one of Northern Virginia’s top wedding regions. Couples can say “I do” with the breathtaking magic of a Shenandoah sunset in the distance or celebrate within the hallowed walls of the Anthony Soave Hall, beneath the twinkle of chandeliers. With two levels of space, each featuring their own separate entrances, The Barn at Brambleton is a one-of-a-kind venue bringing together rustic sophistication, understated charm, and expansive, modern spaces.
Our wedding package offers up to 10-hour blocks of rental time, and use of the entire facility including the outdoor pavilion and Silo Terrace. The Barn offers couples 2 separate levels of event space, featuring their own entrances, restrooms and get-ready rooms designed for privacy, comfort and relaxation.

Wedding Package
- Friday & Saturday, Off-Season: $13,900
- Friday & Saturday, Peak Season: $15,900(May, June, Sept, Oct, Dec)
- Sunday-Thursday: $10,900
- 10-hour rental with a 6-hour event time
- Hay Loft get-ready room early access for hair and makeup on the upper level – separate floor and entry
- Milk House get-ready room early access on the lower level – separate floor and entry
- First Look prior to the wedding
- 1-hour vendor walk-through prior to the event with Sales Executive
- Vendor drop off and set up any time during the 10-hour window
- 1-hour photographer walkthrough scheduled prior to the event to check venue for lighting
- Event end time no later than 11 pm regardless of start time
- Additional hours are available for a fee if needed
Micro-Weddings
- Monday – Thursday: $3,000 5-hour block of time, 50 people maximum
- Available Monday – Thursday only
- 5-hour block of time
- Your choice of either space: Upper-level Anthony Soave Hall, or lower level Arcola Hall
- Use of Hay Loft & Milk House get-ready rooms
- Photos can be taken anywhere on the property for groups of up to 50 people
- Additional hours available for a fee if needed
